MVP launch checklist for founders
A short checklist to help founders launch faster without overbuilding the first version of their product.
An MVP should prove the main business idea with the fewest possible features. It is not a smaller version of every future feature.
Before development starts, finalize the target user, main problem, must-have feature list, success metric, payment model, and launch channel.
After launch, measure real user behavior. Feedback from actual users is more useful than adding assumptions before release.
